Race Results update & Report - Barrie - 05-01-2023
So season so far:
This seasons results to date
1. Sunday 26th March - Crewe 16.5 mile event - course J8/2R {Local} – Result 45:54
2. Saturday 1st April – 15 mile TT - course R15/5 [South Wales} – Result 36:45
3. Saturday 22nd April – 25 mile TT - course F2a/25 [Cambridge} – Result 58:59
4. Sunday 30th April – 10 mile TT – course K11/10T {Coventry} – Result 24:34 - this was an early morning event with the first rider off at 8:00am so a very early start from home.
Dry but cool/cold morning and a 9 mph S to SSW wind producing a cross HW on the return. The course is fairly quite at that time a on a Sunday morning so no traffic drafting, the route is 4.7 miles out to a RAB turn then a ¾ mile ramp up from the turn [which is a slog] to continue to the finish.
